One of my favorite "lines" is (if I really like the home you are choosing) "I would come visit you here." If I do not think the home you are choosing is the right home for you, from an investment standpoint, I will probably say "I will not come visit you here." While there will be a twinkle in my eye, I will give my very best advice on the quality of an investment you are about to make. I have been helping people to buy and sell properties for over 33 years and expect that when you buy a property with my assistance, that when you are ready to sell, you will call me again. I want to be able to say with confidence that you bought a good property. We can resell it with ease!

Having been an educator in my previous career, I am committed to arming my buyers with all of the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision when purchasing a property.. I give lots of reading material and website links, especially to first time buyers. For all buyers, I explain the home buying process from beginning to end so that they know what to expect...not only from me but also from the process. I explain where I fit in the scheme of things. Giving you a realistic picture and realistic expectations of the current market conditions is my job as well!!
